Buñuelos de Viento

Esta tarde, cuando volvíamos del trabajo dando un paseo, Javi me ha regalado unos buñelos...y a mi me encantan los Buñuelos de Viento. Sobre todo los de nata o trufa...mmm! Esta misma mañana le conté que eran los dulces que más me gustaban y voilá...me los compró. Es un sol. Así que mientras me los comía, pensé en inmortalizar este momento que me ha parecido tan "dulce" y en cuanto he llegado a casa me he puesto manos a la obra. Este es el resultado. Acuarela y tinta china sepia. Espero que os guste.

This evening, when we were returning from our work place giving a walk, Javi has bought for me a few buñelos ... and I love Buñuelos de Viento! Especially those of cream or truffle ... mmm! On the same morning I told him that they were the sweets that I love since I was a little girl and voilá ... he bought them for me. He´s great! So while I was eating them, I thought of immortalizing this moment that has seemed to me so "sweet" and when I have arrived to house I have put on hands to the work. This is the result. Water-color and sepia Indian ink. I hope you like it.

Este es un personaje que hice para Hasbro al que ahora he tenido que cambiar la vestimenta para que coincida con el nuevo juego "de invierno".

Ilustracioncita para Eugenio Rey Huerta

Eugenio Rey Huerta es un hombre amable con una propuesta encantadora. Le está haciendo y escribiendo un libro biográfico a sus padres por su bodas de oro. Así que pensó...por qué no le pido a ilustradores que me echen una mano. Y voilá! Pidió y se le otorgó. Es un proyecto tan amable y lo hace con tanta ilusión y dedicación que un montón de ilustradores más o menos conocidos y más o menos ocupados han participado. Creo que, de hecho, somos más de cien! A mí, que pertenezco a los menos (o nada) conocidos, me pidió una ilustración. Es muy sencillita...quizá demasiado, pero ahí va mi pequeño granito de arroz.
Espero que os guste...y que les guste a sus padres!

Eugenio Rey Huerta is a nice man with a charming offer. He is making and writing a biographical book of his parents for their golden wedding. So he thought ... why I don´t ask illustrators for help. And voilá! He asked and we gave. It´s such a nice project and is done with so much illusion and dedication that a heap of illustrators have made illustrations for the book. I believe that, in fact, we are more than a hundred! He asked me for an illustration. The draw is simple... probably too much, but there it goes my small contribution.
I hope that you like it ... and that her parents too!

Hola Amigos, el otro día andaba toqueteando el blog y me cargué el diseño anterior (azulillo) que tanto me gustaba y que me costó hacer...en fins...la informática a veces te juega malas pasadas...y blogspot no tiene Ctrl+Z!!!

Aparte de eso, he hecho este bocetillo de Tormenta. Es uno de mis personajes favoritos (la dibujada por John Byrne y la de David Emmett Cockrum) Sé que no se parece mucho a la original, pero es una manera cariñosa de verla. En este dibujo llega a casa y se quita la diadema...luchar contra el Mal no siempre es fácil.

I have made this sketch of Storm. She is one of my favorite superheros (the one drawn by John Byrne and the one by David Emmett Cockrum) I Know that she doesn´t look like the original, but it´s a personal way of seeing her. In this drawing she comes home and takes the diadem off... fight against the Bad Guys is not always easy.
